Our Global Product Review for your Spring/Summer 2023 Collection !

Twice a year, we organize a meeting gathering over 100 employees from the management team to designers and merchandisers worldwide to review the new collections at #bata. This time, the event for the Spring and Summer 2023 collection was held in Italy with great success.

The GPR is an opportunity for all markets, regions, and Bata Global to work in synergy as #OneTeam and to step forward as a strong global company. During this event, we work collaboratively to generate ideas on various topics, such as innovation which is key to developing closer relationships with our consumers and to creating a more globally unified approach to the role the company plays in consumers’ lives.
 
After two years without seeing each other due to covid, we could feel the need from all our employees to get together, to have fun, and to connect as #oneteam.
