As we honour the International Day of Education, we shine a spotlight on the Bata Children's Program (BCP), an integral part of our commitment to community development.
Did you know that Bata's impact extends beyond footwear? In Bolivia, Zimbabwe, Kenya, and India, we take pride in operating five of our own schools. But our influence doesn't stop there! We collaborate with over 70 schools and local institutions in 24 countries, creating a global network that's truly special.
And who makes this possible? Our dedicated Bata employees who generously contribute their time to volunteer within the framework of our four pillars:

- Mentoring & Skills: Our commitment to skill-based volunteering includes fostering IT proficiency, guiding personality development, refining resume writing skills, and implementing a mentorship program to empower individuals on their professional journey.
