Bata Malaysia receives Bronze Award at a premier people’s choice Brand Awards in Malaysia

Bata Malaysia is honored to receive the Bronze Award under the Apparel and Accessories category at the Putra Brand Awards 2021; a premier brand award in Malaysia where it recognizes brands in the local landscape that Malaysians have come to trust throughout the years. The winners are voted solely by the people of Malaysia, and we are proud to win this award for two consecutive years.

With its 12th installment, the Putra Brand Awards 2021 acknowledges various industry players for their branding efforts that have left an indelible mark among Malaysian consumers’ preferences. From homegrown companies to emerging small and medium enterprises

(SMEs), and international MNC brands, this money-cannot-buy award, known as The People’s Choice award, is the gold standard in measuring brands by consumers’ preferences – making it highly coveted in the marketing industry.

Utilizing a robust consumer research methodology developed by a research partner IPSOS, over 11000 consumers voted for 336 brands and determined Malaysia’s favorites across multiple categories, with each category being awarded a Platinum, Gold, Silver and/or Bronze for the most preferred brands. Hence, the judges of the Putra Brand Awards are Malaysian consumers!
